The Chrome Shop was the second addition to Falls Truck Center's initial opening back in 2000. Needless to say, it's been around for quite some time and has earned the reputation of being very reliable with product quality, as well as customer service! This link here provides more information about our history and company as a whole, if you so desire. Our Chrome Shop is run by James Adair and Alex Garcia. Both of these guys will greet you with a smile and a friendly hello when you walk through the door. They have exceptional customer service skills and go out of their way to accommodate and help each person that stops by our location. They've been in this industry for a long time so they have lots of experience to draw from, amongst the two. Weather it's a question you may have or help you may need finding products, these fellas are the ones you want working for you!
We offer many specialized, unique, and customized products. Seats and Twisted Shifters (among other things) are some of our hottest items. They tend to sell fast and usually don't last long from the time we get them off of the truck. While we do try to keep a well stocked inventory, each customer has different needs and wants and occasionally there will be an item that will have to be special ordered. For that reason, James and Alex try to accommodate every customer and go above and beyond when it comes to tracking down that special item. You can rest assured that these two will do everything in their power to fulfill each and every one of your needs.
